1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hanger Craft's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Hanger Craft's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Product or service availability
• Errors in the description or price of the product or service
• Errors in your order
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Payment must be received before we can process your order. We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes.

4. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property

When you submit custom designs or images to Hanger Craft:

• You retain ownership of your original designs
• You grant us a license to use your designs for production and fulfillment
• You represent that you have the right to use any images or designs you submit
• You agree not to submit copyrighted material without permission

We reserve the right to refuse to print designs that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or potentially infringing on third-party rights.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs delays
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Custom items are non-returnable unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

7. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
